Trust & Privacy
How we handle your information
This page is maintained by Personal Injury Pueblo to answer common privacy and security questions about this website. It is editable content from the firm and is not an independent certification.
What we collect
When you submit a contact form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, and case details you provide, along with the page the form was sent from. We do not require an account to request a consultation.
How we use it
Submissions are sent directly to our intake email so an attorney or staff member can follow up about your matter. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. Contacting the firm through this site does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.
How submissions are transmitted
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection and delivered through a transactional email service. Access to the underlying intake records is limited to firm personnel who need it to respond to inquiries.
Retention & deletion
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to your request and to meet our professional and legal record-keeping obligations. To request that we delete a prior submission, contact us using the information below.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses only the cookies and storage required to load pages and remember basic preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Children
This site is intended for adults seeking legal information. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
